RBTC Penetration Testing Capture the Flag Competition!!
July 28th 5:30-8pm in the VT-CRC in Blacksburg VA

The RBTC Security Forum (with help from the Cyber Range) is holding a Jeopardy style, security and Pentesting CTF competition!  There will be food, drinks, and adult beverages at this two-hour, hands-on hacking/defense event.  This Jeopardy style competition teaches HANDS-ON, how hackers attack & how to protect your networks by learning how they operate and the tools they use, so bring your laptop & power supply!  The event will be here in the VT CRC business park in the rear of the new TORC building (the old Rackspace party room) from 5:30-8:30pm.

Bigger picture, this CTF is a warm-up "practice session" for a larger, regional CTF event we're inviting folks to this fall that will have some major security vendor sponsors, and some really killer CTF competition awards. So come and play with us in July to get a sneak peek on what to expect at this September's event.
