Hey all..

This is a week long summer camp for HS/college Cyber Security teachers to get you up to speed on the basics of Cyber Security so that you can teach your kids basic to advanced Cyber Security. Cost: Free!
This is THE high power "big rocket" launch of the summer. High power clubs from PA to Alabama descend on  Blacksburg for this big, loud, FREE family friendly event.

Targeted at JR High Thru University teachers, this is their second annual conference that bring in Security Educators from all over the state of VA and beyond.  Tied to the Virginia Cyber Range, this event shows you the latest hands on Cyber Security labs and exercises on the Cyber Range's custom cloud based Range for hacking, attacking and defense, equips you with what you need to teach and enrich your students while also growing your own knowledge base by connecting with experts in the field of Cybersecurity. VT and Qualcomm recently cut the ribbon on a new community STEM group that does both kids STEM classes in the day, and workforce development technical training at night! If you have a class you want to do a full day STEM field trip to, this is the place to check out! They have Arduino, coding STEM, servo/animatronic workshops on site. If you haven't been by to check out this new community STEM resource, contact their folks and set up a visit!

This community STEM coding group is always doing something. Since 2012, this community STEM group has been doing semi-regular hands on STEM workshops for both kids, adults and IT/Dev Professionals. I hear rumor they're expecting to have another hot hands on IoT workshop soon-ish.
