As the mail list admin, I know most folks on here are not on our security-discussion list, so I just thought I would share that if you're interested in either the latest tips on mitigating/patching against the new CPU/kernel side channel attack vectors (Meltdown & Spectre), you should join the RBTC [Security-Discuss] mail list here:
http://lists.rbtc.tech/mailman/listinfo/security-discuss
(I strongly recommend joining that low chatter list and sharing your experiences with patching for this latest attack vector)
In in case you're not on there and missed the posts.. mailman maintains fully google searchable archives you can hit directly here:
http://lists.rbtc.tech/pipermail/security-discuss/
and just as a reminder.. this is a read-only, announcements mail list.. so if you want to tell me to stop filling your inbox then you'll need to do so on the [Security-Discuss] list. ;^)
