Title: Radford University Science and Technology Festival 2018
The Artis College of Science and Technology at Radford University presents  
the Radford University Science and Technology Festival 2018 on Saturday,  
April 14, 2018 at Davis Hall.

Enjoy a day of exploration and fun with science on the Radford University  
campus during our first Science and Technology Festival. The Science and  
Technology Festival will feature hands-on experiments, planetarium shows,  
and demos for all ages from departments at Radford University as well as  
Virginia Tech, regional businesses, Radford City Public Schools, and more.

Schedule of Special Events:
• 10:00 am - 1:00 pm: Cryptology: "How the Navajo Code Talkers helped win  
World War II"
• 10:30 am: Planetarium Show - Flight Adventures
• 11:30 am: Grand Opening of the Phosphorescent Rock Mine Exhibit
• 12:00 pm: Magic of Chemistry Show
• 12:00 pm: Planetarium Show - Violent Universe
• 12:00-4:00 pm: Animals from Mill Mountain Zoo
• 1:00 pm: Drone Demonstration and Geohazards Discussion
• 1:00 pm: Planetarium Show - NASA Futures
• 2:00 pm: Drone Demonstration and Geohazards Discussion
• 2:30 pm: Planetarium Show - Violent Universe
• 3:30 pm: Planetarium Show - Dark Side of the Moon
